Amazing clean rooms. superb staff!

Our stay was enjoyable, featuring a clean room with lush furnishings, although we did experience a slight noise disturbance from the gym area. The plentiful breakfast offered a delightful start to the day, and the pool area was pristine and relaxing. A few issues with room maintenance persisted, though nothing major detracted from our trip.

We faced significant delays at check-in that really tested our patience. After being informed our room wasn’t ready, we waited well past the check-in time only to be misinformed multiple times about it. The overall service felt off, and the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. they seemed indifferent to our struggles during the process.

Just a prime choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Arcata with outstanding value. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Bring your own cleaning supplies just in case.

Decent room, Jacuzzi tub, clean environment

A broken elevator, rude check-in experience, and an array of noise disturbances left a lot to be desired!!! The staff seemed disinterested and responses to complaints were unsatisfactory. A stronger focus on guest communication would truly enhance the stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay, especially exploring the nearby hiking trails. The hotel was clean and offered a generous breakfast selection, which fueled our adventures. Staying with a few colleagues made for a fun escape, and we appreciated the complimentary parking too.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were a bit lacking.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I enjoyed my stay with my family. The front desk team was welcoming and accommodated our needs promptly. Breakfast included a great variety, with fresh options that suited everyone. Be sure to try out Valley Azteca for dinner nearby. it's a gem! A few minor hiccups, but overall a good trip.

stayed in a queen room for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. the cleanliness and comfort really exceeded my expectations compared to my last stay in arcata. the breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of options available, and the staff were super helpful throughout our visit.

elevator was out of service

This hotel perfectly suits me with free internet, a fitness center, and a warm indoor pool. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a pleasant getaway!

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel. We explored the stunning hiking trails nearby and enjoyed biking around the area. The staff was friendly and everything felt clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good too, perfect for our early starts. Definitely a solid choice for a group getaway.

The pillows could definitely be bigger. they were a bit small for the queen bed. It was a little uncomfortable at times.

During my stay, I loved how spacious the Queen Room was and really appreciated the refillable shampoo bottles in the shower. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small hiccup was the late check-in time, but it didn’t overshadow my overall enjoyment. 😊

The room we stayed in was very clean and well-organized. The dining area offered plenty of seating, making breakfast a comfortable experience. Our overall stay reminded me of a previous visit where the breakfast spread impressed me.

The beds were adequately comfortable, but I expected more given the hotel’s standard.
